The Administration Office will not accept responsibility to hold mail whilst you are away from MRS and you should ensure you make appropriate arrangements. The Administration Office cannot store items on behalf of its residents.After this time, we may need to return your parcel to the sender We will hold your parcel at the office for seven days.To collect your parcel, you will need to present your photo identification at the office.You will receive an email from us when a parcel is ready to collect.Any large parcels or items that require a signature will be held at the Administration Office (Building 47) or (Building 87) depending where you live in either the Residential Village or Urban Community for 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt,.If you find any letters in your mailbox that are not addressed to you, please return them to the Administration Office.
We encourage you to use a padlock on your mailbox for security. The Administration Office cannot accept responsibility for mail once it has been delivered to the mail boxes.and letters are usually delivered to your mailbox by 3pm, Monday to Friday. All incoming mail is delivered to the Administration Office.Your mailbox is located in the common area on the ground floor of your building and is labelled with your room number.Please note that MRS will only accept mail that is addressed to your name as it appears in your record at MRS, and any mail addressed with an incorrect or missing name will not be accepted.
